Obertino is also a saddlery workshop where everything is made by hand.
Our artisan saddler works meticulously with leather to create unique straps, customised for each customer. We use different techniques to personalize the straps with designs based on, for example, a photo provided by the customer. The decoration is finely executed. All designs are possible. Let us know what you want. Obertino is the perfect combination of the bell and its personalized strap.

Leather color
In general, we use black leather (sometimes brown) to make our belts. The color is added by the personalized decorations.

Hammered painted
The pattern is first stamped into the leather, then enhanced by hand with meticulous painting. A true work of art.

Cut leather
Leather that is finely cut and then applied in relief to the strap. Ideal for playing with textures and contrasts.

Hand-painted
Each stroke is applied by hand, with care and precision. Perfect for reproducing a photo, drawing, or original custom design.

Embroidered
Hand- or machine-embroidered designs for a neat and authentic finish. Flowers, first names, or symbols: anything is possible.

Studded
Decorative nails placed one by one to create shapes, letters, or friezes. A rustic, elegant, or downright rock ‘n’ roll touch.

Embossed leather
A traditional embossing technique where the pattern is “sculpted” directly into the leather. The decoration comes to life with relief and finesse.

Strike on wild animal
Hot stamping on raw leather known as “fauve” for a natural, lively patina effect. The inscriptions melted into the material gain character over time.

Scratched
An aged or weathered effect achieved by hand-working the leather surface. For a textured, raw, and unique look.

Fine engraving of leather, either by hand or machine. Allows for very precise details: initials, logos, or geometric designs.
